About the Trainer


Mike Ramer

Mike Ramer, CPC, CSP, is an international trainer for the search and recruitment industry. He is founder and owner of Ramer Search Consultants in the New York-New Jersey metro area.

Mike has 20+ years experience in marketing, management and search with Chase Manhattan Bank, the advertising firm Ogilvy & Mather and his search firm. He earned a masters degree in international finance from Brandeis University and is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP).

Mike has trained over 2,500 search consultants throughout the U.S., Canada and the U.K. He trains in-house at search firms and at industry events, including; NAPS, ASA and Fordyce conferences. Mike has produced private venue programs, international tele-seminars and CD training sets. Mike's trademark style is a unique blend of dynamic consultant, interactive professor and motivational problem-solver.

Mike is also an employment expert for legal matters in employability and compensation. He has written articles for industry-leading publications and is frequently interviewed by newspapers and national media. Mike serves on association and professional Boards and believes we inspire others by
"giving back".
